    I recommend you update Catalyst Control Centre software and the driver of your graphic card  to check the results.

    You’d better contact the manufacturer to get the latest update for Windows 8.1.

Well First, Thank you a lot for answering.
My OS is Windows 7 (64 bits). Sorry I forgot to put it in the message.

I did not explaing mysell correctly. I did not the Recovery System from the partition yet, I just did the System Restore from a Restore’s point. (EDICTION: more exactly, The AMD Driver from AMD web pages, also install the Microsoft Visuall C++ 2000, and maybe it was my biggest mistake, to choose it like the point to restore, and not before it… from that point it start the problems, when The restore finished it’s said something like: «There was a error, and the restore couldn’t complet… but it’s indeed restore, but it erased the rest of restore points. I also have to add that It wasn’t the first time that I restore, I mean, I install one driver from AMD and like I doesn’t let me to run Adobe premiere, I restore to another point, and try another Actualization of Catalyst control manager, and it’s in that moment, when it eather solve the problem, when I restore to the point when Visual c++ 2000 was installed, an all my nightmare begins)..

When I mention the Recovery I was talking about HP Recovery Manager, it let me reinstall the original drivers without the reformat/recovery the laptop. I used it to reinstal the original AMD Driver… but it doesn’t solve the problem. 
I did not the recovery because I would prefer not to have to reinstall all my programs. (But it’s the ultimate solution XD).

I figure out that maybe the problem is in the Intel’s Graphics Driver, (I didn’t mention it, but my laptop has switchable Graphics, I think that’s how it’s called XD). I think that’s the problem because when I used the HP Recovery Manager to reinstall my Intel’s Graphics Driver I get this Error:

Also I can open the programs that I mention just when I go to Divice Manager and Disable or Unistall that Intell Graphics Drive (but it reinstall automatic when I: «Right click > scan for driver changes»). I can’t find it in the «Add or Remove Programs» so I can’t unistall the driver to prove with the HP Recovery Manager.

Then I don’t know what to do. I really don’t want to Recovery the pc, with the Recovery partition. I would prefer to try another options before (if exist any).

PD: When i have the intel driver Active, I get the message: » —Programs— has stopped working» The —programs— can be: Catalyst control, Skyrim (game), the HP Recovery Manager It’s self, Firefox, and any thing that could use the graphics card (I don’t get it why it happened with the HP Recovery Manager app that I shows in the picture… but it happened, i have to Disable the driver to get printscreen….

  1. Just re-installed my Windows 7 Pro 64bit, and getting this pop up sometimes when i restart (has a box about sending info to MS, and has 3 files in the Temp folder listed).

    Any ideas ?

    Also Razer Synapse wont work anymore (for my mouse), when installed, it does the usual ask for Launch now, which i do, but then it just comes up ‘Razer Synapse Has Stopped Working’.

    It also appears in the Task Manager for about a second or 2, before buggering off.

    Tried a re-install of it, and selecting repair instead, and also a scannow from the CMD prompt (to check for errors), but still the same.

    Its very strange, as id already re-installed once (Tuesday gone), and it worked then, as well not giving me the Load MMdriver Application popup, so don’t know whats happened this time.

    Could it be caused by doing all the Windows Updates in one go, as theres loads of them, so would i be better off, just doing them a few at a time ?

    EDIT: Forgot, also got a couple of the Windows Updates failed.

    KB2861208 — Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 on Windows 7 Service Pack 1, and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1, Windows Vista Service Pack 2, and Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2.

    ^ When downloaded and ran seperately, it comes it, it either does not apply, or is blocked by another condition on my computer.

    KB2598845 — an Explorer 8 Compatability one, which when downloaded seperately, comes up that it Doesn’t Apply.

    KB2977759 — which is for Windows 7 RTM, so im guessing does not apply.

  2. Right, reading around, its seems the Load MMdriver Application, could be a prob with the .NET Framework, which the Razer Synapse uses, as well as my graphics card drivers (had the 14.9 WHQLs installed).

    Now, my gfx card was fine, no problems opening and using the CCC, so i fully removed the drivers, and ive restarted 3x times now, and no more Load MM Driver Application popups, so im going to reinstall them again, see how that goes.

  3. Im getting somewhere now, i reinstalled my gfx card drivers (14.9 WHQLs), and after it did the mandatory restart, the Load MMdriver Application popped straight back up (so knew it must be something to do with the .NET Framework), so i did a search for .NET Framework errors, and found to try re-downloading and reinstalling it again, so i downloaded the .NET Framework 4.5.1 again (KB2859818), and ran it, selected the repair option, and restarted another 3x times now, and no more Load MMdriver Application popup, so looks like thats sorted.

    Now going to try another install of the Synapse for my mouse, see if thats why that wouldn’t work, as it does use the .NET Framework also.

  4. Damn it!, didn’t work, did exactly the same, so restarted, and got the Load MMdriver Application popup back. :(

    After id first got the drivers on, it was fine, no Load MMdriver popup, it only started popping up, when i was near the end of installing all of the Windows updates (as installed the gfx drivers before doing them), but i hadn’t tried the Synapse before all the updates, only tried installing that after.

Sorted my mouse, for some bizarre reason, its D3DOverrider doing it, if i don’t run that, it works fine, which is odd, as they both work happily together on my old rig, but it could be a corrupted install, as im still getting the Load MMdriver Application popup (done a full clean of my 14.9s with DDU, and installed the Omegas), so going to reinstall again, but this time, doing the Windows Updates in small batches.

  6. Reinstall with Updates in batches has sorted it :)
